Fixing 403 Login Error on iPhone

If you are encountering a "403 error" when attempting to log in to Terros on your iPhone, it may be related to your device's privacy settings interfering with the login process. Follow these steps to resolve the issue:

  1. Open Settings:

    • Launch the Settings app on your iPhone.

  2. Navigate to Safari Settings:

    • Scroll down the list of applications and tap Safari.

  3. Adjust Hide IP Address Setting:

    • In the Privacy & Security section, tap Hide IP Address.

    • You will typically see three options:

      • From Trackers (often on by default)

      • From All Websites

      • Off

    • Select Off to disable the feature completely.

If these steps are performed correctly, your 403 login error should be resolved.
