Calendar Overview (Web)

A guide to the Terros web application's Calendar for viewing, managing, and creating events.

What is the Calendar?

The Calendar provides a comprehensive view of your scheduled events and appointments. It serves as a central hub for managing your schedule and overseeing meetings and events for your teams.

Key Features

  • Centralized Scheduling - View all team events and appointments in one place

  • Flexible Views - Switch between day or week formats, and calendar or list display modes

  • Filtering & Search - Filter events by user, status, outcomes, assignment state, and more

  • Event Creation & Management - Add, edit, or delete Closer Events and Personal Comebacks

  • Export Data - Download calendar data as CSV for reporting and analysis

  • Date Navigation - Use arrow buttons (< >) or date picker to navigate between date ranges

Viewing the Calendar

Date Navigation

  • Click the < and > arrow buttons to move backward or forward through dates

  • Click the date picker in the center to select specific dates or date ranges

View Options

Click View Options to customize your calendar display:

  • View period - Choose Week or Day view

  • View mode - Choose Calendar or List view

  • List view settings - When in List view, customize columns and grouping options

Calendar Views

  • Week View - Select "Week" from the dropdown in the top-right

  • Day View - Select "Day" from the dropdown in the top-right

  • Calendar Mode - Grid-based visual calendar

  • List Mode - Table format showing event details in rows

Filtering Events

Click Filter to narrow down displayed events:

  • View As - Filter by specific user or team

  • Outcomes - Filter by event outcomes

  • Exclude Statuses - Toggle to exclude certain statuses

  • Event Type - Filter by event type (when viewing specific user)

  • Assigned - Show Assigned, Unassigned, or All events

  • Has Utility Bill - Show only events with utility bills attached

  • Has Customer Confirmation - Show only events with customer confirmation

Search

Use the Filter text box to search for specific events by title, notes, or other details.

Adding Events

Click Add Event in the top-right corner, then choose:

  • Closer Event - Schedule a consultation appointment

  • Personal Comeback - Schedule a follow-up appointment

If your company doesn't have closer functionality enabled, only Personal Comeback is available.

Event Details

When creating an event, provide:

  • Title - Event name

  • Date - Event date and time

  • Duration - Length of event in minutes

  • Assign Closer - Select who will handle the event (for Closer Events)

  • Address - Event location

  • Notes - Additional event information

Exporting Data

Click Download CSV to export calendar data for the selected date range into a CSV file for analysis or reporting.
