What is the Calendar?

The Calendar provides a comprehensive view of your scheduled events and appointments. It serves as a central hub for managing your day or week, and for overseeing meetings and events for your teams.

Key Features

  • Centralized Scheduling: View all team events and appointments in one place for quick oversight.

  • Flexible Views: Switch between daily or weekly formats to plan short-term or long-term schedules. Also view in Calendar or list formats.

  • Filtering & Sorting: Easily filter events by User, Status, Unassigned or Assigned Users, if the event has a utility bill or not and if it received customer confirmation.

  • Event Creation & Management: Quickly add, edit, or delete events, including Closer Events and Personal Comebacks.

  • Export & Reporting: Export calendar data for reporting, review, or analysis using the CSV download.

  • Date Navigation: Use the arrow buttons (e.g., < and >) to move backward or forward through different date ranges. Or select the default dates in the middle of the page and select specific dates.

Managing Events

  • Adding Events: Click the Add Event (upper right corner) to schedule a new event. Options include Closer Event or Personal Comeback.

  • Add Calendar Event: Insert the event Title, Date, Duration, and Assign Closer. Input the events address and include any additional notes.

  • Viewing Options: The View Options button opens a pop-up panel where you can customize calendar display, including view period to be week or day and select calendar or list view.

  • Exporting Data: The Download CSV button allows you to export calendar data for a selected date range into a CSV file.
