Canvass includes a core set of free filters available to all users. These filters help you sort neighborhoods by basic property details. Premium filters, unlocked through Canvass Pro or Canvass Max, provide advanced property, energy, and solar insights.
Standard Filters (Free)
All users have access to these basic property filters:
Occupancy: Filter for Owner Only or Renter Only households.
Year Built: Enter a date range to find homes built within specific years.
Home Size (sqft): Filter by minimum and/or maximum square footage.
These filters allow you to understand the general layout of your canvassing area without needing a subscription.
Premium Filters (Canvass Pro / Canvass Max)
Premium filters unlock deeper property, energy, and solar insights:
Resident Filters: Resident age and credit score ranges.
Last Sold Date: Filter by when properties were last sold.
Has Pool: Identify properties with pools.
Home Upgrade Permits: Find homes with recent HVAC, roof, or other upgrade permits.
Solar Permit: Identify properties with solar installation permits.
Bankrupt Installers: Find properties with solar systems from bankrupt installers.
Solar Financing: Filter by loan financier data.
To access these filters, purchase Canvass Pro or Canvass Max through the app.
