How Does Canvass Pro and Canvass Max Billing Work? (Mobile)

Overview

Canvass Pro and Canvass Max are available as monthly or yearly subscriptions. Billing is handled through your device's app store (Apple App Store or Google Play) using the payment method on your account. Your subscription automatically renews unless canceled, ensuring uninterrupted access to premium filters.

Free Trial

Canvass Max may include a free trial period. During the trial, you have full access to Canvass Max features. Your trial expiration date is shown in the app. If you don't cancel before the trial ends, your subscription will automatically begin.

How Renewals Work

Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing period. Before the renewal date:

You can switch plans.

Update your payment method.

Cancel if you no longer want access to premium filters.

When a renewal processes successfully, your premium access continues with no interruption.

Upgrading or Changing Plans

You can modify your subscription at any time.

Upgrading (Pro β†’ Max): Takes effect immediately. You receive instant access to Max features. Pricing is prorated based on your current billing cycle.

Switching Billing Cycles (Monthly ↔ Yearly): Your new cycle begins at the next renewal date. Pricing adjusts based on the plan you select.

Canceling a Subscription

You may cancel at any time from your device's subscription settings (Apple App Store or Google Play).

After canceling, your premium access remains active until the end of the current billing period.

No further charges will occur unless you reactivate.
