Refund Policy for Canvass Pro and Max Subscriptions (Mobile)

Canvass subscriptions cannot be refunded and must run their full billing cycle. For iOS purchases, Apple manages subscriptions, so refund requests must go through Apple directly.

Overview

Canvass subscriptions do not offer refunds. Once a subscription is purchased, it will remain active until the end of its billing cycle. Customers must allow the subscription to expire naturally and avoid repurchasing or renewing if they do not wish to continue.

Subscriptions are available in two options:

  • Monthly

  • Yearly

Why refunds aren’t available:
Subscriptions purchased through Apple’s App Store are managed by Apple, and Apple does not allow apps to issue refunds directly. This is the primary reason Terros cannot provide refunds for iOS purchases.

Q: My company is purchasing subscriptions for all users, but I already subscribed individually. Can I get a refund?
A: No. Individual subscriptions must run their full billing cycle. Once your subscription expires, your account will automatically continue under your company’s subscription plan if applicable. To avoid paying for the next period, make sure to cancel the renewal of your individual subscription.
