What Happens When I Cancel a Subscription? (Mobile)

Canceling a Canvass subscription stops future billing but does not end your access immediately. Your subscription remains active until the end of the current billing cycle, giving you full access to all features until it expires.

Overview

When you cancel a Canvass subscription, your account remains active until the end of the current billing cycle. Canceling does not immediately end your subscription—you will continue to have access to all features until the subscription expires.

Managing Your Subscription

iOS (Apple App Store)

Subscriptions purchased through the App Store are managed by Apple. To cancel:

  1. Open Settings on your device

  2. Tap your name, then Subscriptions

  3. Select the Canvass subscription and tap Cancel Subscription

Android (Google Play Store)

Subscriptions purchased through Google Play are managed by Google. To cancel:

  1. Open the Google Play Store app

  2. Tap your profile icon, then Payments & subscriptions > Subscriptions

  3. Select the Canvass subscription and tap Cancel subscription

Your subscription will remain active until the end of the paid period.
