Conversations Tab Overview (Web)

Learn how to review pitch recordings, track performance, and provide coaching feedback to your team.

What Is the Conversations Tab?

The Conversations tab is your home for reviewing, managing, and coaching sales pitch recordings. It’s where you can listen to pitches, read transcripts, view scores, and leave feedback.

How to Access It

  1. Open the Terros web app.

  2. Click Conversations in the left navigation menu.

This opens your full pitch library.

Views Inside Conversations

My Conversations

Your personal library.
This includes:

  • Pitches you recorded

  • Pitches recorded by team members you manage

  • Any pitch you have permission to view

Assigned to Me

Your review queue.
You’ll see:

  • Pitches someone assigned to you

  • Pitches awaiting your coaching feedback

Conversation Cards: What You’ll See

Every pitch shows a quick summary so you know what to expect before opening it.

Each card includes:

  • Date and time of the pitch

  • A colored score ring (green = strong; yellow/orange = needs improvement)

  • Quick highlights

  • A link to open the full pitch

Click any card to open the full pitch review page.

What You Can Do Inside a Pitch

Once you open a pitch, you can:

  • Listen to the recording

  • View performance scores

  • Read AI insights

  • Read or add manager feedback

  • Review the transcript

  • Assign the pitch for review

  • Delete the recording (if needed)
