Clear Cache Error (Mobile)

If you see a screen or message saying you need to clear your cache, follow these steps:

Step 1: Hard Close and Reopen the App

First, try a hard close:

  1. Close the app completely (don't just minimize it)

  2. Wait a few seconds

  3. Reopen the app

This often resolves the issue without needing to log out.

Step 2: Log Out and Log Back In

If the problem persists after hard closing:

  1. Log out of your account

  2. Log back in with your credentials

Logging out automatically clears your cache, so you don't need to manually clear anything. This should resolve the cache issue.
