How to Fix
Clear the cache in your phone's default browser (Safari, Chrome, or whatever browser you use):
iPhone (Safari):
Open Settings app
Scroll down and tap Safari
Tap Clear History and Website Data
Confirm by tapping Clear History and Data
Android (Chrome):
Open Chrome app
Tap the three dots menu (โฎ)
Go to Settings > Privacy and security
Tap Clear browsing data
Select Cached images and files
Tap Clear data
After clearing your browser cache, reopen the app and try logging in again with the correct email.
This issue occurs because your browser has cached login information. Clearing the browser cache (not the app cache) will resolve this.
