Why This Happens
Users must log into the app at least once before they appear in stats and reports. Until their first login, the system doesn't have any activity data to display.
How to Fix
Have the user log in:
Ask the user to open the app and sign in with their credentials
They should complete the initial login and onboarding process
Wait a few minutes:
After their first login, wait 5-10 minutes for the system to process
Refresh the stats page
Check again:
The user should now appear on the stats page
They may show zero activity until they start using the app
Other Possible Reasons
If the user has logged in but still isn't showing up:
Check team assignment - User must be on the correct team to appear in team stats
Check date range - User won't appear if the date range is before they were created
Check filters - Stats page filters may be excluding the user
Note: First-time login is required for users to appear in any reports or stats pages.
