Phone Numbers in Terros (Mobile)

Phone numbers are not provided by Terros, but you can add them manually to resident records. Once added, you can view and use these phone numbers during your canvassing activities.

Where to Find Phone Numbers

In the Canvass Section

  1. Open the location: Navigate to the address/location you want to view

  2. Go to the Resident section: Tap on the "Resident" tab or section within the location details

  3. View phone numbers: Any phone numbers you've previously added will be displayed in the resident information

Adding Phone Numbers

When you're at a location and collect a resident's phone number:

  1. Open the location details: Tap on the property marker on the map

  2. Navigate to Resident information: Find the resident details section

  3. Add or edit phone number:

    • Tap the edit button or phone field

    • Enter the phone number

    • Save the changes

Important Notes

  • Terros does not provide phone numbers - All phone numbers must be manually added by your team

  • Data privacy: Only add phone numbers when you have permission from the resident

  • Team visibility: Phone numbers you add may be visible to your team members working the same area

  • Accuracy: Double-check phone numbers when entering them to ensure you can reach the resident
