Why This Happens

Property location data comes from external data providers. Occasionally, coordinates may be incorrect or properties may be geocoded to the wrong address.

Steps to Report

  1. Note the incorrect location: Take note of the address and where the pin is currently showing

  2. Contact Support: Reach out to Terros support through:

    • In-app Help & Feedback option (tap Menu β†’ Help & Feedback)

    • Your admin or manager

  3. Provide details:

    • The property address

    • Where the pin is currently located (incorrect location)

    • Where the pin should be located (correct location)

    • Screenshot if possible

What Happens Next

When you report an incorrect pin location:

  1. Our support team will receive your report

  2. We will notify the data provider about the incorrect location

  3. The data provider will correct the coordinates in their system

  4. The correction will be reflected in Terros once the data is updated

Important:

  • Corrections may take time - We submit these requests to data providers in bulk, so the fix may not happen immediately

  • Continue to use the correct address information even if the pin location is wrong

  • Reporting incorrect pin locations helps improve data accuracy for your entire team and ensures you're working the right addresses
