Important: Use Your Personal Email
You must use a personal email account (Gmail, Outlook, etc.) to sync your calendar - NOT your Sunrun email address. Sunrun has restrictions on their company email accounts that prevent calendar syncing with external applications. Using your personal email ensures the sync works properly.
Steps to Sync
Follow the standard calendar sync instructions, but make sure to:
Sign in with your personal email account (Gmail, Outlook, etc.)
Do NOT use your @sunrun.com email address

Why Can't I Use My Sunrun Email?
Sunrun has security and access restrictions on their company email accounts that prevent third-party applications from connecting to their email and calendar systems. This is a Sunrun policy, not a Terros limitation.
What Gets Synced?
Once connected with your personal email:
Consultation appointments created in Terros appear in your personal calendar
Comeback events you schedule show up in your personal calendar
Updates to event times or details sync automatically
Calendar conflicts are checked before scheduling
Important: Make sure you're regularly checking your personal calendar since that's where all your Terros appointments will appear. You may want to set up calendar notifications on your phone to stay on top of your appointments.
