Click any conversation card from the Conversations page to open the full pitch review page. At the top, you'll see the audio player and key pitch details.
Listening to the Recording
Play or pause the audio
Use the slider to jump to any moment
View total duration and your current position
Click timestamps in the transcript to jump to specific moments

Performance Score Overview
Score Ring
Shows overall pitch score out of total possible points
Green = strong performance
Yellow/Orange = needs improvement
Higher number = better score
Score Summary
Bullet points highlighting key strengths and areas for improvement
Score Breakdown
Each scoring category (like Opening, Product Knowledge, Closing) shows:
Points earned / Points possible for each question
AI feedback explaining the score
Grouped by category with category totals
Additional Details
Who recorded the pitch (Owner)
Who is reviewing it (Assignee, if assigned)
When it was recorded
Location map (if pitch was linked to a property)
Account ID and audit information
Actions
Assign for Review - Assign the conversation to a manager for review (only appears if not already assigned)
Delete Conversation - Permanently remove the recording (found at the bottom of the Insights tab in the Actions section)
