Closer Availability Overview (Web)

Closer Availability lets you see when closers are available for appointments and manage their scheduling preferences.

What It Does

View real-time availability for closers across your organization. Check available time slots for specific dates, teams, or individual closers. This helps coordinators and setters schedule appointments when closers can attend.

How to Access

  1. Go to Closer Availability from the main navigation

  2. Select your filters:

    • Date - Choose which day to check availability

    • Team - View all closers on a specific team

    • User - Check a specific closer's availability

    • Timezone - Adjust display for different time zones

What You'll See

The page shows available time slots for each closer based on their schedule settings. If no closers are available for your selected date and filters, you'll see a warning message.

Company Settings (Admin Only)

Admins can configure company-wide closer preferences:

  • Default Closer Status - Status applied to users without individual settings

  • Closer Model - How closers get assigned to appointments

  • Max Sit Booking Percent - Control overbooking (100% = no overbooking, >100% allows overbooking)

  • Restrict Setter Events - Prevent setters from creating appointments when no closers are available

Managing Individual Closers (Admin Only)

Click on any closer to view:

  • Basic Info - Closer details and current settings

  • Check Timeslots - View available slots for a custom date range (default 28 days)

Common Use Cases

  • Scheduling appointments - Check which closers are available before booking

  • Managing capacity - See if you have enough closer coverage for a given day

  • Adjusting settings - Configure overbooking or scheduling restrictions

Troubleshooting

No closers showing up?

  • Check that closers have their availability configured

  • Verify you're viewing the correct date and team

  • Make sure closers are active in the system

Timeslots not displaying?

  • Closers may not have any available slots for the selected date

  • Check the closer's individual schedule settings

  • Verify company preferences aren't restricting availability
