What Can Be Exported

You can export the following data types using the Export feature:

  • Accounts - Account records created by your users

  • Calendar Events - Events and appointments scheduled by your team

  • Users - User profiles and information

  • Tasks - Task assignments and completion data

  • Dispositions - Contact disposition data recorded by your reps

What Cannot Be Exported

Canvass data (location, mapping, and territory information) cannot be exported. This includes:

  • Map data and coordinates

  • Territory boundaries and area information

  • Location-specific canvassing intelligence

  • Proprietary mapping information

Why Can't I Export Canvass Data?

The canvass data in Terros represents extensive geographic and territory intelligence that is expensive to compile and maintain. This data is a core part of what makes Terros valuable and competitive. Canvass data is only available for use within the Terros application to help your team work more effectively in the field.

What You Can Export Instead

While you cannot export raw canvass data, you can export:

  • Account data - Information about accounts created in specific locations

  • Disposition data - Contact outcomes and results from canvassing activities

  • Calendar events - Appointments scheduled at various locations

  • Contacts - Contact records from prospecting (via Prospecting Activity CSV download)

These exports allow you to analyze your team's performance, track results, and maintain records without compromising the proprietary mapping intelligence.

How to Export Available Data

For details on how to export data, see the Exports Overview (Web) article.
