What Is Task Lockout?
Task lockout is a setting that prevents you from using parts of the app until you complete required tasks. This feature is enabled by your company admin to ensure important tasks get done.
How to Fix It
You have three options:
Complete the required task - Go to your task list and finish the task that's blocking your access. Once you submit it, you'll regain full access to the app.
Ask your manager to remove the task - If you can't complete the task or believe you're locked out by mistake, reach out to your manager. They can remove the task for you.
Contact your admin - If you can't complete the task or believe you're locked out by mistake, reach out to your system administrator. They can turn off task lockout for your account or help resolve the issue.
