How to Clear Browser Cache (Web)

The web version of Terros stores cached data in your browser to improve performance. If you're experiencing issues, clearing your browser cache can help.

Chrome:

  1. Click the three dots (⋮) in the top right

  2. Go to More tools > Clear browsing data

  3. Select Time range (choose "All time" for complete clear)

  4. Check Cached images and files

  5. Click Clear data

Safari:

  1. Click Safari in the menu bar

  2. Select Preferences

  3. Go to the Privacy tab

  4. Click Manage Website Data

  5. Click Remove All or search for "terros" and remove specifically

  6. Click Done

Firefox:

  1. Click the three lines (≡) in the top right

  2. Select Settings

  3. Go to Privacy & Security

  4. Scroll to Cookies and Site Data

  5. Click Clear Data

  6. Check Cached Web Content

  7. Click Clear

Edge:

  1. Click the three dots (...) in the top right

  2. Go to Settings > Privacy, search, and services

  3. Under Clear browsing data, click Choose what to clear

  4. Select Time range (choose "All time")

  5. Check Cached images and files

  6. Click Clear now

After Clearing Cache:

  • You may need to log in again

  • The site may load slower on first visit (it's rebuilding the cache)

  • Your preferences and settings remain intact

  • No data is lost (everything is stored on the server)
