How to View Account Workflow History (Mobile)

Workflow history shows a timeline of every action taken on an account — who performed it, when, and what stage the account moved to.

Navigating to Workflow History

  1. Open the Canvass tool

  2. Tap a location pin on the map

  3. When the location details sheet opens, scroll down past the action tiles

  4. The Workflow History section appears as a collapsible card below the available actions

Understanding the Timeline

The workflow history displays a vertical timeline with two types of entries:

Action Entries

Each action entry shows:

  • Timeline indicator — A vertical line on the left connecting entries

  • User name — Who performed the action

  • Relative timestamp — How long ago the action was performed (e.g., "2 hours ago", "3 days ago")

  • Action name and icon — Which action was taken

  • Distance from property — How far the user was from the account's location when they performed the action (if location was tracked)

Stage Entries

Stage transition markers appear between action entries showing:

  • Stage icon — The icon configured for that stage

  • Stage name — The name of the stage the account entered

Sorting the Timeline

To change the sort order:

  1. Tap the menu button on the history section header

  2. Select Show oldest first or Show newest first

  3. Your preference is saved for future sessions

Collapsing the Section

Tap the collapse toggle on the section header to minimize the history card. The collapsed state is saved between sessions.

Current Stage Quick View

At the top of the action area, you can always see the account's current stage and last activity — including the action name, who performed it, and when. If you performed the last action, an Undo button will also be visible here.
