Why Perform a Screen Recording?
Screen recordings are invaluable for Product Support. Terros Product Support will often request screen recordings to help troubleshoot issues. When you encounter a bug, unexpected behavior, or need to show the exact sequence of actions you're performing in a Terros application, a screen recording provides your Product Support team with a clear, dynamic visual reference. This helps them understand and resolve your issue much faster than still images or written descriptions alone.
