Can't Log Into Different Account (iOS)
If the Terros iPhone app keeps logging you into the same account even after you enter a different email, clear your iPhone browser cache and try again.
Why This Happens
This usually happens because your iPhone's default browser still has cached login data from the previous account.
Clearing the browser cache fixes the saved sign-in state. You do not need to clear the Terros app itself for this issue.
How to Fix It on iPhone
If Safari is your default browser:
1. Open the Settings app on your iPhone.
2. Scroll down and tap Safari.
3. Tap Clear History and Website Data.
4. Confirm the action.
After that:
1. Reopen the Terros app.
2. Sign in again with the correct email address.
If You Use a Different Default Browser
If your iPhone uses another browser as the default, clear the cached browsing data in that browser instead, then reopen Terros and sign in again.
Important Note
This issue is caused by cached browser login information, not by cached app data.
If you are still getting signed into the wrong account after clearing your browser cache, contact support and let them know which browser is set as your default on your iPhone.
