No. Canvass Pro and Canvass Max access is tied to each user's Terros account.

Overview

Canvass Pro and Canvass Max features are account-based in the Terros iPhone app. If one rep has premium Canvass access, that access does not automatically apply to another rep's account.

Each rep who needs premium Canvass filters or premium Canvass data needs access on their own Terros account.

Why Access Is Per User

Premium Canvass access is checked against the signed-in user's account.

This matters because:

  • Premium filters are account-based. The app only shows premium filters that the current user is allowed to use.

  • Subscription status is account-based. Canvass Pro and Canvass Max access can come from purchased or trial entitlements on the user account.

  • Quick Filters are personal. Saved Quick Filters are tied to the individual user, so each rep manages their own saved filters.

What Happens If Another Rep Signs In

If another rep signs in on the same iPhone, the app checks that rep's own Terros account.

They will only see the Canvass filters, Quick Filters, and premium property details their account has access to.

Options for Teams

If multiple reps need Canvass Pro or Canvass Max access, each rep needs access assigned to their own account.

Depending on how your team manages access, this may be handled by:

  • each rep using their own subscription

  • your company or team managing access for multiple users

  • contacting support if you believe the wrong users have access
