Accessing the Activity Trail
Navigate to the Activity Trail from the main menu. Select a Team, User, and Date to review activity for a specific day.
Once you've made your selections, the Activity Trail will display that user's activity for the selected date.
Access Levels
The Activity Trail is available to different users based on their Role:
Users → View only their own activity.
Managers → View activity for users on their assigned teams.
Admins → View activity for anyone within the company.
Note: Access to the Activity Trail is determined by your role and cannot currently be modified using custom permissions.
What You'll See
The Activity Trail provides an overview of the selected user's workday.
Total Activities
View the total number of activities completed during the selected day.
Unique Addresses
See how many different addresses the user visited or logged activity at.
Working Window
View the time between the user's first and last recorded activity, providing an overview of their working hours.
Distance from Property
Reviewing how far users are from each property when they log activities can help managers verify that work is being completed in the field and identify situations where activities may be recorded away from the property being visited.
Activity Breakdown
Review a detailed breakdown of the different types of activities completed throughout the day and the path they took, making it easy to understand how the user's time was spent.
Longest Idle Gap
See the longest period of inactivity between recorded activities during the selected day. This can be helpful when reviewing work patterns or identifying extended breaks between visits.
Best Practices
Use the Team filter to quickly switch between different groups.
Compare Total Activities and Unique Addresses to better understand a user's productivity.
Review the Working Window alongside the Longest Idle Gap for additional insight into daily workflows.
Use the Distance from Property information when verifying activity locations or investigating discrepancies.
