Calendar Overview (iOS)

Use Calendar on iPhone to review scheduled events, switch between day and list views, and open events to edit or reschedule them.

Overview

The Calendar screen shows your events in the current iPhone app. You can use it to:

  • Review upcoming events

  • Switch between Day and List views

  • Open an event to see details

  • Edit, reschedule, or delete an event

Open Calendar

1. Open the Terros app.

2. Tap Calendar in the bottom navigation.

The Calendar screen opens with the current date selected.

Change the Calendar View

At the top of the screen, use the view and range control to switch between calendar modes and date ranges.

Depending on the current mode, you may see:

  • Day

  • List

  • Week

  • Month

You can also use the Filters button in the top-right corner to narrow which events appear.

View Events

Day View

  • Shows events in their time slots

  • Lets you move between dates

  • Tapping an event opens its details

List View

  • Groups events by date

  • Lets you expand or collapse each day

  • Tapping an event opens its details

  • Pull down to refresh the list

Open an Event

When you open an event, you can review details such as:

  • Title

  • Time

  • Duration

  • Attendees

  • Location

  • Account

  • Notes

Some events also include workflow or outcome details.

Edit an Event

Open the event and use the available actions to update it.

Common actions include:

  • Edit

  • Assign Closer

  • Remove closer

  • Delete

If you make changes, save them before leaving the screen.

Filters

Use Filters to focus on the events you want to see. The current iPhone app includes filter controls for:

  • View scope

  • Event type

  • Assignment state

  • Workflow or status filters

  • Attachment-related filters

Calendar Sync

If calendar sync is available for your account, you can manage connected calendars from Calendar Sync.

In the current iPhone app, calendar sync includes:

  • Google Calendar

  • Microsoft Outlook

  • Connect, disconnect, and reauthorize options

  • Google calendar visibility toggles for scheduling conflicts

Need Help?

If events are missing or not behaving as expected, try:

1. Pull to refresh.

2. Check your filters.

3. Open the event again to confirm it was saved.
