Check your Terros calendar sync connection
1. Open the Terros iOS app.
2. Open Settings.
3. In the Calendar section, tap External Sync.
4. In the calendar sync flow, confirm that your Google account is connected.
If your Google account is not connected, connect it and complete the Google sign-in flow. If your account is already connected but needs a refresh, reauthorize the connection.
Make sure you are checking the right Google account
Open the Google Calendar app and confirm that you are signed in to the same Google account you connected to Terros.
If you use multiple Google accounts, switch accounts in Google Calendar and check the calendar list under the account connected to Terros.
Turn on the Terros calendar in Google Calendar
1. Open the Google Calendar app.
2. Tap the Menu button.
3. Under the Google account connected to Terros, make sure the calendar created for Terros is turned on.
You may also need to make sure your normal Google calendars, such as Events and Tasks, are visible.
If the Terros calendar does not appear in the list, return to the Terros calendar sync flow and confirm that your Google account is still connected.
Check invitation settings
If Terros events still do not appear, check how Google Calendar handles invitations:
1. In the Google Calendar app, open Settings.
2. Tap General.
3. Tap Add Invitations.
4. Make sure invitations are allowed for the Google account connected to Terros.
Google may change the exact wording of these settings over time, but the important thing is that invitations are allowed to appear on your calendar.
Disconnect and reconnect if sync still does not work
If the connection looks correct but events still are not syncing:
1. Return to the Terros calendar sync flow from Settings > External Sync.
2. Disconnect the Google account.
3. Connect the same Google account again.
4. Reopen Google Calendar and confirm the Terros calendar is visible and turned on.
If events still do not appear after reconnecting, contact support through Help & Feedback in the Terros app.
