Canvass Pro unlocks additional property and permit data inside Canvass. Depending on your plan and the data available in your market, this can include signals such as:

Canvass Max includes everything in Canvass Pro and may unlock additional solar, installer, and finance-related filters.

Open Canvass, then open Filters.

Canvass Pro filters appear in the property-filter area and in premium Quick Filter presets. The app may also show helpful prompts such as Try Canvass Pro filters or Quick filters when premium filters are available.

Standard property filters narrow the map based on the basic property rules you choose.

Canvass Pro filters add premium matching criteria, such as permits, pool data, recent sale activity, or solar-related signals. When you combine several Canvass Pro filters, a property can match any selected premium signal while still following the standard filters you apply.

For example, you might use Canvass Pro to look for homes with recent roof permits, homes with solar permit activity, or new move-ins.

Some Canvass Pro and Canvass Max filters are available as Quick Filter presets so you can apply common targeting rules quickly.

If you try to use a premium filter without the required subscription, the app may show Canvass Pro Required or Requires Canvass Pro subscription.

Some property details may also show locked rows such as Subscribe to Canvass Pro to unlock more permits or Subscribe to Canvass Pro to unlock more liens.

Canvass Pro data depends on your subscription, your market, available public records, and your current connection.

If a filter returns fewer results than expected, try reducing the number of filters, checking a different area, or confirming that your subscription is active.
