Where to Cancel
Canvass Pro and Canvass Max subscriptions purchased on iPhone are managed through Apple.
To cancel from your iPhone:
Open the Settings app.
Tap your name.
Tap Subscriptions.
Select the Canvass subscription.
Tap Cancel Subscription.
You may need to scroll to find the cancel button. If there is no cancel button, or if the subscription already shows an expiration message, the subscription may already be canceled.
What Happens After You Cancel
Canceling does not immediately remove your current subscription access.
You should be able to keep using the subscription features included in your current plan until the subscription period ends. After the subscription expires, premium Canvass features that require Canvass Pro or Canvass Max may become unavailable.
What Stays in Terros
Canceling the subscription does not delete your Terros account, your teams, or your saved app data.
If you created saved filters or used premium Canvass filters, those settings may remain saved in the app, but premium filters require an active eligible subscription to use.
If You Do Not See the Subscription
If you do not see the Canvass subscription in Apple Subscriptions, make sure you are signed in with the Apple Account that was used to purchase it.
If you still cannot find it, check your Apple receipt or contact Apple Support for help with App Store billing.
