How to Clear Terros Cache (iOS)

Use Database Settings in Terros to clear the app's locally stored data and reload it from the network.

Before You Start

Make sure any important work has finished syncing before you continue. Clearing the database deletes the tasks, accounts, and cached data stored locally on your device.

Clear the Terros Cache

  1. Open the Terros app.

  2. Open Settings.

  3. In the Data section, tap Database Settings.

  4. Tap Clear All.

  5. In the confirmation message, tap Clear All Database.

  6. Allow Terros to reload from the network.

When to Use This

Clear the database when Terros is not refreshing correctly, displays outdated information, or when Terros Support asks you to do so while troubleshooting.

You must be signed in to clear the database.

Still Having Issues?

If the problem continues after Terros reloads, contact Terros Support and include a screen recording or screenshots when possible.
