Stats Overview (iOS)

Use Stats on iPhone to compare performance and review detailed activity in a customizable table.

Written by Helaina Parks

Open Stats

1. Open the Terros app.

2. Tap Magnifying Glass in the bottom navigation.
3. Find the Stats button to open the stats view.

You can always pin the Stats tab to the Nav bar at the bottom if you would like.

Use the Stats table

Tap Stats at the top of the Stats area to open the detailed table.

The table uses the columns selected for your workflow. If no columns are selected, the app shows No columns selected and a Choose Columns button.

Choose columns

1. Tap Choose Columns, or tap the button showing the current number of columns.

2. Use Search Columns to find a metric.

3. Expand a category and select the columns you want.

4. Tap Done.

The available categories and columns depend on your company's Terros setup. If a metric is missing, ask your Terros admin to configure the relevant stats.

Sort columns

When at least two columns are selected:

1. Open the column selector.

2. Tap Sort Columns.

3. Press and hold a column, then drag it into the desired position.

4. Save your changes.

You can also remove a column from the sorting screen.

Filter table results

Use the controls above the table to:

  • change the date range

  • group results by user or an available team level

  • choose a team when that option is available

  • filter individual columns

  • tap Reset Filters to clear table filters and sorting

  • refresh the report

When the table is grouped by user, tap Pin to keep your row visible.

If the report has more than one page, use the controls below the table to move between pages.

Things to know

  • Available metrics, teams, grouping levels, and default columns are controlled by your company's configuration and your access.

  • Stats filters and column selections are saved on your device so you can return to the same view later.

  • If data does not look current, tap the refresh button.
