Schedule a 1:1

The ability to schedule a 1:1 may depend on your role and access to the team.

1. Open the team that includes the person you want to meet with.

2. Open the actions for that team member.

3. Tap Schedule 1:1.

4. On the Schedule Interview screen, review the person shown under Attendee.

5. Under Schedule, choose when the 1:1 starts.

6. Choose a duration of 15 minutes, 30 minutes, 45 minutes, or 60 minutes.

7. Review the person shown under Interviewer.

8. Tap Add.

If Terros cannot schedule the 1:1, it shows Scheduling Failed. Tap OK, check your connection, and try again.

Review a scheduled 1:1

Scheduled 1:1s appear as linked events in Calendar. Open the event to review its date, time, attendees, and other available details.

The event detail includes a 1:1 section for the linked meeting. The information available may depend on your role in the meeting.

Confirm attendance

After the scheduled time passes, Terros may ask the manager or attendee to confirm whether the 1:1 happened.

  • Tap Attended if the 1:1 took place.

  • Tap Missed if it did not take place.

After you respond, the event shows whether you attended the 1:1.

Things to know

  • You cannot schedule a 1:1 with yourself.

  • A 1:1 uses the selected attendee, the current user as interviewer, the start time, and the selected duration.

  • Team access and available actions can vary by role and company permissions.
