Use Tasks in Terros to see work that needs your attention, open the related workflow, and review tasks you have already finished or missed.
Find your tasks
Open the Terros app.
Go to Home.
Find the Tasks section.
Home shows a preview of your highest-priority tasks. Tap All Tasks to open the complete task list.
If you have no tasks that need attention, Terros shows All caught up!
Review the task list
The Tasks screen shows a count for each view:
All shows every task in the list.
Open shows tasks you can still work on, including tasks that are due soon or overdue.
Incomplete shows missed or failed tasks.
Complete shows completed tasks and tasks whose completion is pending admin review.
Tap a selected view again to return to All.
Open tasks appear under Up Next. Other tasks are grouped by their relevant date when one is available.
Pull down on the list to refresh it.
Understand a task
A task can show:
its title and instructions
who assigned it, or the program it belongs to
when it is due, overdue, or available to open
Required when it must be completed
its current state, such as Open, Completed, Missed, Failed, or Completion pending Admin review
The information and actions available depend on the task and your company's Terros setup.
Work on a task
Tap a task to open its related action. Depending on the task, Terros may:
open the related screen or workflow
ask you to select an action
open a video or other task content
ask for confirmation before opening an external website
show Mark Complete, Decline, or Snooze for 3 Days
Not every task supports every option. A task labeled Coming Soon cannot yet be opened in the iOS app.
When a task starts a sequence, completing it may take you to the next task automatically.
Things to know
Overdue required tasks remain marked Overdue until they are resolved.
Optional overdue tasks may show when they close.
A task that is not available yet shows when it opens.
Some completed work may require an admin to review it before its final status is recorded.
Available tasks are based on your role, programs, assignments, and company configuration.
