Choose a duration of 15, 30, 45, or 60 minutes when you schedule.

Review it in Calendar — a scheduled 1:1 appears as a linked event alongside your other meetings.

Confirm attendance after the scheduled time passes, by marking the 1:1 as Attended or Missed.

You cannot schedule a 1:1 with yourself.

The linked interview reference on a 1:1's calendar event is only shown to the person who scheduled it.

The iOS app does not currently include a standalone 1:1 history list or a custom-question builder. A 1:1's record lives on its calendar event.
