As a manager, you review pitch recordings your reps submit to you inside the Recorder, score them or add feedback, and share standout pitches with your team through Skill Share.
Where Managers Find Submitted Pitches
From the home screen, open Recorder (microphone icon) from the app's navigation.
Tap the Coaching tab.
Coaching is split into two sections:
Coaching Requested — pitches assigned to you that don't have your feedback yet.
Coaching Given — pitches you've already reviewed.
How a Pitch Reaches You
A pitch only shows up in your Coaching tab after a rep submits it to you directly. From their own conversation, a rep taps Submit for Review and picks you as the reviewer — there's no separate action for a manager to request or pull in a specific recording ahead of that.
Evaluating a Manually Recorded Pitch
Manually recorded conversations (not scored by AI) show a simple layout: date, location, and the rubric score/comment once reviewed.
Open the pitch from Coaching Requested.
Tap Grade Conversation.
Score each rubric category and add an overall comment, then submit.
The conversation moves to Coaching Given, and the rep is notified they have new feedback.
You can also tap Add to Skill Share on the same conversation to tag it for the team (see below).
Evaluating an AI-Recorded Pitch
AI-recorded conversations are automatically transcribed and scored against your team's rubric before you open them. These show two tabs:
AI Insights — the AI's score summary, notes, and feedback, plus a scoring breakdown by rubric category.
Transcript — a line-by-line transcript synced to playback.
To add your own feedback on an AI-recorded pitch, open the Transcript tab, play the recording, and type into the feedback field at the point you want to comment on — it's saved with a timestamp tied to that moment in the recording.
Sharing a Pitch to Skill Share
From any pitch assigned to you, tap Add to Skill Share, choose the rubric categories you want to feature, then confirm. The conversation appears in the Skill Share tab, organized by category, for the rest of your team to learn from.
FAQ
Why don't I see any pitches to review?
Coaching Requested only shows pitches a rep has submitted directly to you. If it's empty, no one has submitted a pitch to you yet.
Can I review a pitch that wasn't submitted to me?
No. You can only grade or comment on conversations where you're the assigned reviewer.
Can I request a pitch from a specific rep?
There's no in-app action for this today — reps choose their reviewer when they submit.

Whether a pitch is AI-recorded or manually recorded determines whether you grade it with a rubric (manual) or add feedback on the transcript (AI) — both let you add it to Skill Share.
