My Contacts shows every door contact (disposition) you've logged while canvassing. Use it to review your contact history and jump back to any location on the map. On iOS this feature is labeled Activity.
Where to Find It
Activity is only available for companies that are not using Workflows. If your company uses Workflows, this tab shows a different account-based Activity view instead.
If Activity is one of your pinned tabs, tap it in the bottom bar. Otherwise, open the Search tab and look for Activity under the Work section.
What Each Contact Shows
Each row in the list displays:
Disposition icon and name - the outcome you set (e.g., Not Home, Lead, Not Interested)
Time - when the contact was made
Address - the property address
User - your name and avatar (or the rep who made the contact)
Distance chip - shows how far you were from the property when the contact was logged. The chip changes color the farther the distance, so you can spot contacts logged well outside the property boundary.
Contacts are grouped by day, with the most recent day at the top.
Filtering Your Contacts
Tap Filters in the top-right corner to narrow the list. The Filters button shows a badge when one or more filters are active. Available filters:
Date Range - limit contacts to a specific time period
Disposition - select one or more dispositions to show
Team - limit to a specific team
User - limit to a specific person (narrows further once a team is selected)
Tap Reset in the filter sheet to clear all filters at once.
Viewing Contact Details
Tap any contact to open its detail screen, which shows the disposition, the exact date and time, the address, the user who logged it, and a small map with pins for both the user's location and the property. The detail screen also shows the distance between the two.
Jumping to a Location from a Contact
From the list, swipe left on a contact and tap Location, or touch and hold a contact and choose Open Location from the menu. You can also tap Open Location from a contact's detail screen. Any of these switch you to the Canvass tab, centered on that property.
