My Accounts (iOS)

How to view, filter, sort, and manage the leads, prospects, and customers assigned to you in the Accounts screen on iPhone and iPad.

Written by Hunter Allred

My Accounts (labeled Accounts in the app) shows every lead, prospect, and customer assigned to you, with filtering, sorting, and quick actions for managing them in bulk.

Finding Accounts

Accounts is one of the app's main features. If you've pinned it to your bottom tab bar, tap it there. If it isn't pinned, you can reach it from the full features list (look for Accounts with a teal person icon), or pin it yourself so it's always one tap away. Accounts is also one of the scopes the Search tab searches across, and some Home dashboard widgets (like Weekly Hustle) link directly into a filtered Accounts list.

Understanding the Account List

Each account row shows:

  • Name - the resident or business name. If neither is available, the address is shown instead.

  • Address - the property's street address.

  • Date - either the account's created date or its last action date, depending on your sort selection.

  • Status icon - a colored icon showing the account's current workflow stage, or its recent activity (for example, a door-knock disposition icon) when a workflow isn't active.

  • Owner - the account's assigned owner, if any.

  • Notes and activity counts - shown when the account has notes or logged activity.

Tap any account to open its full account details.

Filtering Accounts

Tap the filter icon in the top-right corner to open Account Filters:

  • Date Range - filter by creation or update date, using a preset or custom range.

  • Workflow / Status - filter by one or more workflow stages if a workflow is active, or by account status if it isn't. Leaving this empty includes all stages or statuses.

  • Team and Owner - narrow accounts to a specific team or owner. This section is hidden when your focus mode is set to show only your own accounts.

  • Sort - choose to sort by Created Date or Last Action Date, in ascending or descending order.

Tap Reset to clear all filters back to defaults, or Done to apply them.

Selecting and Managing Multiple Accounts

Tap Select in the top-right corner to enter selection mode. While selecting, you can:

  • Tap Select All to select every account currently loaded.

  • Choose individual accounts, then use the action bar at the bottom to change owner, change team, change stage (if a workflow is active), or delete the selected accounts.

Tap Cancel to exit selection mode.

Quick Actions on an Account

Swipe an account row for shortcuts without opening it:

  • Swipe from the left for Canvass (show the account on the map), Directions, or a preferred contact action (call, text, or email).

  • Swipe from the right to Reassign the account's owner or closer, or to Edit it.

You can also touch and hold a row to see the same actions in a context menu.

Refreshing and Loading More

Pull down on the list to refresh it. If there are more accounts than currently shown, a Load More control appears at the bottom of the list - tap it, or keep scrolling, to load the next page.
