View Your Role
From any main tab (like Home), tap the gear icon in the top-left corner to open Settings.
Under My Profile, tap your name at the top to open View Profile.
Look near the top of your profile for the Role field (or Roles, if you've been assigned more than one). This shows the exact name of your role, such as "Setter," "Closer," "Manager," or "Admin," depending on how your company has set it up.
What Your Role Controls
Your role determines which features appear in Terros — if a tool isn't visible to you, your role doesn't currently include access to it. For example, options like Closer Availability, Closer Settings, and the Dashboard Editor only appear in your navigation for roles with the right permissions.
Things to Know
Roles and permissions are managed by your company admin. If your role looks incorrect or you're missing access you expect, contact your manager or company admin — you can't change your own role from within Terros.
Your role name is set by your company, so it may not always match a generic label like "Manager" or "Admin." If you're unsure what your role means, check with your admin.
