Create a conversation scorecard in Terros web with categories, questions, scoring criteria, and points, then choose when to use it as the default.

  • Choose a company or team and generate a starting scorecard from a pitch or example.

  • Review categories and questions, then refine each question's criteria and points.

  • Save the complete scorecard and set General Default when it is ready.

  • Check a new recording to see whether the scorecard gives useful coaching feedback.
