Steps to Reset Your Password
If you need to reset your Terros password, follow these steps:
Go to Login Page - Navigate to the Terros login page at app.terros.com
Enter Email - Enter the email address linked to your Terros account in the designated field
Request Reset Link - Click the "Forgot Password" button or link
Check Your Email - Look for a password reset link in your email inbox. If you don't see it there, be sure to check your junk or spam folder
Log In with Temporary Password - Use the temporary password provided in the email to successfully log in to your account
Set New Password - Once you are logged in, navigate to your profile or account settings to reset your password to one of your choosing
Troubleshooting
Not Receiving the Reset Email?
Check your spam/junk folder - Password reset emails sometimes get filtered
Verify your email address - Reach out to your admin or manager to double-check which email address is associated with your Terros account
Wait a few minutes - Email delivery can sometimes be delayed
Request another reset link - Try the password reset process again
