Google Calendar Mobile App Troubleshooting
If your Terros events are not syncing properly to your Google Calendar, there are a few settings within the Google Calendar mobile app itself that you can review to help resolve the issue.
Follow the steps below to troubleshoot the issue:
Open the Google Calendar App:
Start by launching the Google Calendar app on your mobile device.
Ensure you're logged into the correct Google account that you're using to sync with Terros and that holds the calendar events you're expecting to see.
Open the Menu:
Tap the Menu (three horizontal lines icon) in the top-left corner of the screen.
Check Sync Settings:
Under the email account you're using to sync with Terros, make sure the checkboxes for "Events," "Tasks," and "Terros" (your secondary Terros calendar) are all selected.
Adjust Invitation Settings:
Scroll down the menu and tap "Settings".
From there, tap "General".
Then, tap "Add Invitations".
Enable Invitations from Everyone:
Under "Add Invitations," select "Add invitations to my calendar from everyone."
Make sure this specific setting is enabled under the same email account you're using to sync with Terros.
If all these settings are correctly configured, your syncing issues should be resolved, and your Terros events should appear in your Google Calendar.
