Verify Your Terros Calendar Sync Connection
Before troubleshooting in Google Calendar, confirm that your Google account is properly connected in the Terros app.
Open the Terros mobile app and navigate to the Calendar screen.
Tap the More Options (three vertical dots) in the top-right corner.
Tap "Sync Settings".
Under the Google Calendar section, verify that your Google account shows as connected. If it shows a reauthorization alert, tap "Reauthorize" to refresh your connection.
If your account is not connected, tap "Connect" and follow the OAuth sign-in flow to link your Google account. Once connected, a calendar named "Terros" is automatically created in your Google Calendar.
Open the Google Calendar App
Launch the Google Calendar app on your mobile device.
Ensure you are logged into the same Google account that you connected to Terros in the sync settings above.
Check Calendar Visibility
Tap the Menu (three horizontal lines) in the top-left corner of the screen.
Under the email account you connected to Terros, make sure the following checkboxes are all selected:
Events
Tasks
Terros (this is the secondary calendar automatically created when you connected your Google account to Terros)
If the "Terros" calendar is not visible in this list, return to the Terros app and verify your sync connection is active (see above).
Adjust Invitation Settings
From the Google Calendar menu, scroll down and tap "Settings".
Tap "General".
Tap "Add Invitations".
Enable Invitations from Everyone
Under "Add Invitations," select "Add invitations to my calendar from everyone."
Make sure this setting is enabled under the same email account you are using to sync with Terros.
If all of these settings are correctly configured, your syncing issues should be resolved and your Terros events should appear in your Google Calendar. If events are still not appearing, try disconnecting and reconnecting your Google account in the Terros app's Sync Settings screen.
