Overview

Premium Quick Filters allow reps to instantly apply powerful targeting rules with a single tap. These filters use advanced data from Canvass Pro and Canvass Max to help you identify high-intent homes faster. Canvass Pro includes four premium Quick Filters and Canvass Max includes eight premium Quick Filters, including solar-specific targeting.

Below is the full list of premium Quick Filters and what each one does:

High Energy Use Permits (Pro & Max)

Targets homes with completed high-energy permits (e.g., pools, EV, mechanicals).

New Move-Ins (Pro & Max)

Homes sold within the past 12 months with Owner-Only occupancy.

Old Roof (20+ Years) (Pro & Max)

Homes with no roof permit on record and a build year 20+ years old.

New Roof (<5 Years) (Pro & Max)

Homes with a completed roof permit within the last 5 years.

Canceled Solar Permits (<3 Years) (Max Only)

Solar permits canceled in the past 3 years.

Bankrupt Installers (Max Only)

Solar systems installed by contractors listed as bankrupt.

Bankrupt Financiers (Max Only)

Solar permits with liens tied to financiers that are bankrupt.

Target Solar Add-Ons (Max Only)

Homes with high-energy permits, completed solar systems, and solar installs 8+ years old, ideal for expansions/add-ons.

Premium Quick Filters appear at the top of your Filters screen for fast access, and you can still create your own Quick Filters using any filters included in your plan. If your subscription ends, your premium Quick Filters will remain saved but unavailable until a plan is reactivated.
