Checking Your Permissions
Your role and permissions determine which menu options you can see in the app.
Open the side menu (tap the hamburger menu ☰)
Check which menu items are visible:
"Management" - You have manager or admin permissions
"Impersonate" - You have admin-level permissions
Regular users will not see these options
View your profile details:
Tap your name at the top of the side menu
This takes you to your user profile
Your available features reflect your role
What Your Menu Access Means
If you see "Management" and "Impersonate":
You are an admin with full system access
You can manage users, teams, and company settings
You can view reports for your entire organization
If you see "Management" only:
You are a manager
You can manage your team and downline
You have access to team reports and stats
If you don't see either option:
You are a regular user
You have standard field operations access
You can manage your own activities and accounts
