When to Contact Your Admin

Reach out to your admin when you need help with:

Account & Access Issues

  • You need different permissions or roles

  • You can't access certain features or pages

  • You need to be added to a different team

  • Password reset issues (if using SSO)

System Setup

  • Custom fields need to be added or modified

  • Account stages or dispositions need changes

  • New integrations or webhooks

  • Company-wide settings changes

User Management

  • New users need to be added to the system

  • Users need to be archived or removed

  • Team structure needs to be changed

  • Role assignments need updating

Technical Problems

  • Import errors you can't resolve

  • Data that looks incorrect across the system

  • Features not working as expected

  • Issues that persist after clearing cache and relogging

How to Find Your Admin

Ask your manager - They can tell you who your company admin is or relay your request directly to them.

What to Include When Contacting Admin

To help your admin resolve your issue quickly, include:

  • Your name and user ID (found in Settings)

  • What you're trying to do (be specific)

  • What's happening instead (include error messages if any)

  • Screenshots (if applicable)

  • When the issue started (if you know)

Before Contacting Admin

Try these first:

  1. Log out and log back in - Resolves many access issues

  2. Clear browser cache (mobile: clear Safari/Chrome cache) - Fixes login loops

  3. Check with your manager - They may be able to help without involving admin

  4. Search help articles - Your issue might have a quick self-service solution

Note: Admins have full system access and can make changes that regular users and managers cannot. They're your go-to for any system-level issues or configuration changes.
