Full Support Process
Step 1: Log In to Terros
You can access Terros through either the mobile app or web application: Mobile App:
Open the Terros app on your phone
Enter your login credentials
Tap Sign In
Web App:
Go to app.terros.com
Enter your login credentials
Click Sign In
Step 2: Access Help Center
Once you're logged in: Mobile App:
Tap your profile icon in the top corner
Tap Help or Support
Web App:
Click the help icon (?) in the bottom-right corner
The help center will open
Why Do I Need to Log In for Full Support?
For security purposes, we require users to be logged in when providing account-specific support. This ensures:
We're speaking to the authorized account holder
Your account information is protected
We can provide personalized assistance based on your account
Don't Have Login Credentials?
If you don't have login credentials yet, reach out to your company's Terros administrator for assistance.
Already Logged In But Still Having Issues?
Try logging out and logging back in. Sometimes a fresh login resolves access issues.

If you're not an active Terros user, we can help you with:
