App Lagging or Running Slow (Mobile)

If the Terros mobile app is lagging, freezing, or running slowly, follow these steps:

Identify the Problem

Before troubleshooting, identify what part of the app is experiencing lag:

  • Is it a specific screen or feature?

  • Does it happen during certain actions (loading data, switching screens, etc.)?

  • Is it consistent or intermittent?

Record a screen recording showing the lag and send it to the help center. This helps us diagnose the issue faster and provide a targeted solution.

Quick Fixes

  • Close and reopen the app - Force close the app completely and reopen it. This clears temporary memory and often resolves performance issues.

  • Check your internet connection - Slow or unstable internet can cause the app to lag. Switch to a stronger Wi-Fi network or move to an area with better cell service.

Update the App

Make sure you're running the latest version. Check the App Store (iOS) or Play Store (Android) for updates.
