Viewing Your Programs (For Reps)
If you're enrolled in any programs, you'll see a "Programs" tab at the top of your My Tasks screen. Select this tab to view:
Program Progress
A card showing your overall completion percentage for each program you're enrolled in. The progress bar is color-coded based on your completion rate. Tap this card to view detailed stats about your program progress.
Program Tasks
Tasks assigned to you through your enrolled programs appear grouped together. Complete these tasks to increase your program completion percentage.
Managing Programs (For Managers)
If you have the program:manage permission, you'll see a "Company Programs" section when viewing the Programs tab.
Viewing Programs
The Company Programs card shows up to 3 active programs. Tap "View All" to see all programs including inactive ones. Tap any program to open its details.
Program Details Screen
When you open a program, you can:
Program Preview - See what users will see when enrolled in this program
Overall Stats - View completion statistics for users in the program
User Counts - See how many users are Active, Completed, or Pending
Enrolling Users
From the Program details screen, tap "Enroll Users" to add new users to a program:
Set the start date for when the program should begin
Tap "Add Users" to select users from your downline
Tap "Save" to enroll the selected users
Viewing Program Users
Tap on Active Users, Completed Users, or Pending Users to see a list of users in that status. Each user shows their timeline information and progress.
