Settings Configuration

Account Stages

Closer Outcomes

Configure the possible outcomes when a closer visits an account. Track installs, reschedules, cancellations, and other results.

Dispositions

Create the disposition options your field reps use when knocking doors. Track not home, not interested, lead, and other door-to-door outcomes.

Custom Fields

Add extra data fields to capture information specific to your business. Attach custom fields to accounts, users, or other records.

Custom Stats

Define custom performance metrics beyond the standard stats. Track the KPIs that matter most to your organization.

Pitch Scorecards

Set up scorecards to evaluate and grade recorded pitches. Define the criteria managers use when reviewing rep performance.

Links

Add external links that appear in the mobile app for quick access to resources, training materials, or other tools your team uses.

Customer Map
