My Contacts (Mobile)

My Contacts shows a list of all the door contacts (dispositions) you've made while canvassing. Use this to review your contact history, see which dispositions you've set, and quickly navigate back to any location.

Accessing My Contacts

  1. From the Home tab, scroll down to the Toolbox section

  2. Tap "My Contacts"

Note: My Contacts is only available when your company is not using Workflows.

What Each Contact Shows

Each contact in the list displays:

  • Disposition - The outcome you set (e.g., Not Home, Lead, Not Interested)

  • Address - The property address

  • Your name and avatar - Who made the contact

  • Date and time - When the contact was made

  • Pitch badge - A blue "Pitch" chip appears if the contact was marked as a pitch

Filtering Your Contacts

Use the toolbar at the top to filter your contact list:

Contact Type

  • All contacts - Shows all your contacts

  • Pitch only - Shows only contacts marked as pitches

Disposition

Filter by specific dispositions to see only certain outcomes (e.g., only Leads, only Not Home).

Date Range

Filter contacts by time period to see contacts from a specific date range.

Sorting

Sort your contacts by:

  • Latest first - Most recent contacts at the top (default)

  • Oldest first - Oldest contacts at the top

Navigating to a Contact

Tap any contact in the list to navigate directly to that location on the Canvass map. The app will switch to the Canvass tab and center on that property.
