My Accounts (Mobile)

View all accounts (leads, prospects, and customers) assigned to you.

Accessing My Accounts

  1. From the Home tab, scroll down to the Toolbox section

  2. Tap "My Accounts"

Understanding the Account List

Each account displays:

Account Name

The customer or resident name. If unavailable, shows the address.

Address

Property street address and city/state.

Last Updated Date

When the account was last modified (e.g., "Updated Jan 15, 2025").

Status Icon

Colored icon showing current pipeline stage or most recent activity:

  • Account stage icon with custom color

  • Disposition icon if last activity was a door knock

  • Workflow stage icon if using Workflows

Filtering Options

Search

Search accounts by customer name or address.

Account Stage

Filter by pipeline stages:

  • Tap "All stages" to open filter

  • Select one or more stages

  • Only matching accounts appear

Date Range

Filter by creation or update date:

  • Tap "All time" to open filter

  • Select preset or custom date range

Sorting Options

Sort By

  • Last update - By most recent activity

  • Account Stage - By pipeline stage order

Sort Direction

  • Descending - Newest/highest first

  • Ascending - Oldest/lowest first

Navigating to an Account

Tap any account to:

  1. Close My Accounts screen

  2. Switch to Canvass tab

  3. Navigate to that location on the map

  4. Open property details

Refreshing

Tap refresh button or pull down to reload latest data.
