Accessing Plans
From the Home tab, scroll down to the Toolbox section
Tap "Team Quarterly Plan" (managers) or "My Plans" (reps)
For Reps (My Plans)
View your personal quarterly plans:
Plan List
Shows all your quarterly plans sorted by most recent first. Each plan displays:
Quarter period (e.g., "Q1 2025")
Plan status and progress
Creating a New Plan
If you don't have a plan for the current quarter, you'll see a "Create Quarterly Plan" button at the top. Tap it to create your goals for this quarter.
Viewing Plan Details
Tap any plan to view:
Goals you set for the quarter
Progress toward each goal
Current metrics vs targets
For Managers (Team Quarterly Plan)
View your team's quarterly plan status:
Team Overview
See all team members and their plan status:
Who has created a plan
Progress toward team goals
Individual contributions
Drilling Down
Tap any team member to view their individual plan details and progress.
Empty State
If no plans exist, you'll see "No plans found" message. Reps can create a new plan; managers can encourage team members to create their plans.
