How to Configure Workflow Reporting (Web)

Control which metrics appear as columns on your stats dashboard by toggling report settings on each workflow stage and action.

Where to Find It

  1. Go to Settings > Workflow

  2. Select your workflow

  3. In the grid editor, each stage and action row has a Report Metrics column

  4. Click the dropdown to toggle metrics on or off

The Three Report Metrics

Count

  • Stages: Adds a column showing how many accounts are currently in that stage

  • Actions: Adds a column showing how many times that action was performed

  • Example: If you have a "Pitched" action with Count enabled, you'll see a "Number of Pitched" column on stats

Days Since

  • Adds a column showing how many days since that stage/action last occurred

  • Useful for tracking follow-up timing and rep activity recency

Time of Day

  • Adds two columns: average first time and average last time that stage/action was recorded each day

  • Only appears on reports when Days Since is also enabled (for actions)

  • Helpful for seeing when reps are starting and ending their work

How It Affects Stats

Only stages and actions with report metrics enabled will generate columns on the stats dashboard. If nothing is turned on, it won't appear in reporting.

"Days Worked" and "Hours Worked" always appear automatically β€” those are based on any action activity and don't require configuration.

Common Setups

Pipeline stages (e.g., Lead, Pitched, Closed): Enable Count and Days Since so managers can see how many accounts are in each stage and how long since the last activity.

Key actions (e.g., Knocked, Pitched, Sold): Enable Count to track daily activity numbers. Add Time of Day to see when reps are starting and finishing.

Minor actions (e.g., Left Note, Rescheduled): Leave metrics off to keep your stats dashboard clean.

Tips

  • Turning on too many metrics makes the stats table wide and hard to read β€” only enable what you actually track

  • Changes take effect on the next stats load

  • The "Prospect" stage is excluded from reporting automatically
